Restorevolumenaturally
Concierge dermal filler and biostimulator treatments performed by Amanda Prater PA-C — in the comfort of your home or office throughout Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.
Filler
Dermal fillers and biostimulators restore lost volume, smooth deep lines, and enhance natural contours. They are FDA-approved injectable treatments that work beneath the surface of the skin to produce results that look and feel natural — not overdone.
About Dermal Filler and Biostimulators
Dermal fillers address volume loss, deep lines, and structural changes that tox alone cannot resolve. As the face ages, it loses fat, collagen, and bone density. Filler works by restoring that volume where it has been lost, creating a more refreshed and naturally balanced appearance. Biostimulators go a step further by stimulating the body’s own collagen production over time.

How Filler Works
Consultation and Planning
Amanda evaluates your facial anatomy and discusses your goals before recommending a treatment plan. Filler is placed precisely to enhance your natural features — not to change who you are.
The Treatment
Most filler treatments take 20 to 45 minutes. A topical numbing agent is applied beforehand for comfort. Most patients experience minimal discomfort. Results are visible immediately and continue to improve over the following days.
Results and Longevity
Depending on the product and treatment area, results typically last six months to two years. Biostimulators continue producing collagen for up to twelve to eighteen months after treatment.
Before Your Appointment
Avoid blood thinners, NSAIDs (such as aspirin and ibuprofen), fish oil, and vitamin E for one week before your appointment, as these can increase the risk of bruising.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
Arrive with clean skin. If you wear makeup, Amanda will remove it before the treatment.
After Your Treatment
Some swelling and bruising is normal, particularly in the lip and under-eye areas. This typically resolves within five to seven days.
Avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure (saunas, hot tubs), and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid pressing, massaging, or applying pressure to treated areas for at least two weeks unless instructed by your provider.
Use arnica gel or take arnica supplements to help minimize bruising, if recommended by your provider.
